1. The customer has to hold or open a corporate current account with ABC DUBAI.Refer tariff for any applicable charges.
2. Sign and return "ABC DUBAI Corporate Online Banking Application Form" and other documents to Dubai Branch fully filled signed and stamped by the authorised signatory. (For more details, please contact your Relationship Manager)
3. Obtain the User ID, password notice and Security token from the ABC Dubai, subject to internal approvals and processing of the Online Banking Application Form and other related documents.

Since this is your first time to use ABC DUBAI Corporate Online Banking Services, please enter your password to log in as an administrator to set up the information of operator. After accessing the main page, the administrator can click "operator setting" under "system setting". Then, assign the functions, limits to the users, accounts and activities that the operator is authorised by your company to perform.

Q6. How many times that I log in with wrong password and the system will block my corporate online banking?
The system will block your account when you log in with incorrect password for 5 times or more successively. Please prepare and submit a signed and stamped application to reset the password at our bank's counter. Refer tariff for any applicable charges.
Q7. What should I do if I suspect that my Password has been stolen or exposed to others?
If you suspect that your Password has been comprised or any login is unauthorised, please prepare and submit a signed and stamped application to terminate your online access immediately at our bank's counter.
